职位描述
岗位职责:
· 客户订单执行和维护
o 根据销售订单的信息，在后台系统中完成订单执行
o 核对合同条款是否符合公司制度
o 在订单处理过程中协调销售和物流人员来确保订单按时执行
· 期刊业务的监控和报告分析
o 跟踪和监控期刊业务的运营情况
o 续订客户的跟踪和维护
o 根据业务需求制定报告和分析
· 咨询业务的监控和报告分析
o 了解相应产品线较低的毛利率的原因，并分析报告
· 信用控制和应收账款的跟踪
o 协调客户根据账期付款，定期绘制账龄分析表及时进行风险评估
o 清理长账龄的订单 以及确定销售提成金额
o 协助制定信控政策
任职资格:
· 诚实守信、品性端正、勤奋努力；
· 口齿清晰，普通话标准，具备良好粤语和英语听说读写能力；
· 正规院校本科学历，英语及管理类专业优先考虑；
· 两年以上信用控制和订单处理经验优先考虑；
· 具备良好的客户沟通能力，工作责任心强，具有良好的服务意识和敬业精神；
· 具有较强的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力；
