职位描述
国内金融项目net架构师岗位要求：
1、计算机或相关专业背景，本科或以上学历，熟悉软件开发过程和管理方法；
2、主持过较大型软件系统开发的总体设计，具备完备的用户需求理解和系统分析分解能力；
3、不少于3年以上的.NET开发经验，有2年以上的需求开发管理经验，有2年以上的架构经验；
4、精通ASP.Net、C#.Net、.Net、HTML、XML、SOAP、WSDL等相关技术和标准；精通SQL Server数据库；精通UML，OOA/OOD和设计模式；
5、精通软件部署和系统性能优化；
6、具备很强的沟通能力，能与业务和需求人员讨论并快速理解需求；具有较强的解决技术问题的能力；
7、熟悉项目管理的相关工具平台，如配置管理工具，测试工具，项目计划工具等；
8、有软件系统集成的工作经验，能够对不同语言开发的软件系统或使用不同数据库的软件系统进行集成；
