Job Summary 工作总结
Partner with Customer Solutions Group in new customer startup engagements, providing business analyst service, including requirements investigation and documentation, test planning and execution, etc.
Take an aggressive approach in proactively building the application support team to support internal and external customer and the Operations managers on each account, collaborating with Operations to ensure that each account is operating effectively from a support standpoint

Essential Functions 基本职能
1. Work directly with the users and customers to provide technical analysis and solutions
与用户和客户直接沟通,提供技术分析和解决方案;
2. Provide hands on expert-level logistics application support to customers, users in real time.
向用户和客户提供实时的专业物流应用系统支持;
3. Create and maintain project plans, project budgets, business requirements documents, and issue lists.
制定并维护项目计划、项目预算、业务需求文档和清单;
4. Develop test plans and coordinate software testing efforts.
制定测试计划并协调软件测试;
5. Manage system implementation efforts. Facilitate project communication between Menlo, customers, vendors and contract management.
管理系统实施;与万络、客户和供应商建立良好的项目沟通,执行合同管理;
6. Facilitate trouble-shooting efforts between the customer, tech support, and the product development groups.
与客户、技术支持和产品开发团队建立良好的解决问题渠道;
7. Provide project management on schedules and risks of internal or external project effectively to avoid delay of project and extra development charges and to manage outsourcing projects with the vendor and users in application analysis to guarantee that project can be achieved on-time
按照项目计划和风险控制执行内部和外部项目管理,有效防止项目延期和附加费用产生,与供应商和客户及时沟通,管理外包项目,进行运用分析,确保项目如期实施;
8. On-going support existed projects; attend Customer / Menlo Coordination Meetings and maintain application-specific action lists
提供项目售后支持;参与客户/万络协调会议并维护系统问题清单及需求变更等文档。
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements 任职资格
Knowledge:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, supply chain management, or technical area required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
计算机、商务、供应链管理或其它技术专业本科学历,或具备一定的工作经验;
2. Solid Knowledge of SQL Server and familiar with C#, JAVA, or VB;
掌握SQL Server的相关知识,并熟悉C#, JAVA或VB程序语言中的任意一种;
3. Detailed knowledge of Warehouse Management System and Transportation Management System
熟悉仓库管理系统和运输管理系统;
4. 2+ years of cross-functional business experience including business analysis, IT applications development, logistics and/or supply chain solutions, and project management.
2年或以上跨职能工作经验,包括业务分析、信息技术运用开发,物流和/或供应链方案和项目管理;
5. 1+year experience of supporting WMS/TMS applications and supporting end-user /client interfaces e.g. EDI, and troubleshooting and issue resolution system problems.
1年或以上仓库管理系统/运输管理系统维护经验、维护终端用户电子接口经验以及大量分析、解决系统问题经验
Skills:
1. Attention to detail and good documentation skills are critical to this effort and work as liaison and leader between the customer, the users and the technical team performing functional support in a supply chain environment。
