Roles:
Responsible to measure, analyze, control and provide suggestion in integrated risks (operational, business, credit, market and liquidity, and capital risks). Also integrated risk manager need to develop tools and manage risk according to DLA (delegated lending authority).

Responsibilities:
1. Set the plan for responsible job and ensure achievement vs. Goals;
2. Measure, analyse, control including recommends credit risk, capital risk, risk adjusted performance, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk under the authority to be at the appropriate level in accordance with department policy;
3. Provide credit risk, capital risk, risk adjusted performance, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk report to the related management on updated credit risk profile;
4. Develop credit risk, capital risk, risk adjusted performance, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk management tools/systems and process;
5. Monitor economic and capital market conditions which are credit risk, economic capital factors, market factors, liquidity factors, operational risk factors, and business risk factors and report potential impact to the management and the relevant units;
6. Research and control framework in credit risk, capital risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk measurement;
7. Prepare and educate credit risk, capital risk, risk adjusted performance, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk management to related departments;
8. Coordinate with related departments in utilising tools/systems in credit risk, capital risk, risk adjusted performance, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and business risk management;
9. Manage within the approved budget;
10. Solve problems within scope of responsibility, including help subordinates solve problems;
11. Ensure that the work is complied with the set standard and procedures;
12. Coordinate with supervisor in setting individual performance measures of subordinates to be aligned with the Department goals;
13. Improve process within scope of responsibility to meet customer needs;
14. Perform other tasks not mentioned above, but assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. Masters in Finance, Economics, Engineers or any related fields;
2. Skill in statistical mathematics and finance calculation and information technology;
3. Have knowledge in banking business process;
4. Experience in risk management or banking business process at least 1 year.
