Sr. Market Research Supervisor /高级市场研究主管（有市场研究公司经验优先）

工作职责：

1、全面负责公司的市场研究工作，包括但不限于：
a）在与客户充分沟通的基础上，规划市场研究团队的业务方向；
b）制定市场研究业务的基本流程、规范和方法；
c）对团队工作进行评估和改进。
2、负责市场研究团队成员的培训工作。
3、协助部门经理完成相关管理工作。
4、其他相关工作。

职位要求：
1、大学以上学历，有海外相关专业留学或工作经验者优先；
2、2年以上跨国市场研究公司研究、市场营销经验；3、良好的书面和口头沟通能力，英文流利；
4、能够独立、主动地进行创造性工作，有良好的承压能力；
5、有项目管理经验者优先；

6、英文听说读写熟练，能够通畅沟通。
