Responsibility
1. Responsible for the plant facility maintenance and repair to ensure production run smoothly.
负责工厂设施保养和维修确保生产平稳运转。
2. In charge of the equipment maintenance and management in CNC workshop to ensure the equipment running in a
safe and efficient manner.
全面负责机加工车间设备的维护和管理工作，确保生产设备安全高效的运行。
3. Edit and implement the maintenance plan, develop and maintain maintenance operation standard and procedures.
负责维修计划的制定和实施，维修作业规范和程序的更新
4. Store, inventory, and control of equipment spare parts to maintain production line in a state capable of meeting operational needs.
控制设备零配件的库存，以满足生产的需要；
5. Manage the fixed assets of equipments;
负责设备固定资产管理工作；
6. Coach and develop maintenance workers’ technical skills
培养和发展维修工的维修技能。

Qualification
1. Bachelor degree of engineering course or above.
本科以上工程技术相关专业。
2. Have profound experience in equipment maintenance and knowledge on CNC.
具备设备维护经验及数控机床专业知识。
3. At least over 5 years management experience to workers.
至少5年以上一线工人管理经验
4. Have the ability to solve unexpected problems during the production.
有应对生产过程中突发问题的能力。
5. Good English skill or German.
良好的英语或德语沟通能力
