职位描述

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
1.Monitor ASP daily RMA claim. Confirm ASP claim RMA in time and correct
2.Monitor daily warehouse spare parts shipment and ASP returned faulty parts arrangement
3.Monitor spare parts shortage and outstanding case
-Handle of ASP urgent request
-Monitor parts shipment and delivery by express, and forward's work is stable
4.ASP and call center daily technical support
-Support ASP and call center engineer settle daily technical issues
-Make and Translation new SA provide to ASP and Call center
5.ASP and Call center Technical and New Product Train.
-Provide new product and technical train to ASP and call center engineer.
6.End Customer Satisfaction
-Handle customer daily request and customer feedback for urgent case.
-Reply to customer inquiries by support mail.
7.Support ASP and warehouse daily operation.
- Manage and check ASP service job sheet, contact with them for any issues and findings.
-Warehouse carton box request handle
-Help ASP raise Escalation case and replacement units arrangement.
8.ASP monthly service report check and upload
9.Corporate or Biz Project Support
-Handle of Biz project customer's service and support
-Load OS for all Fedex shipment.
10.unit tear down
Qualifications/Supporting Experience/Skills/Any other Requirement
* Computer Major
* English Level 4 or above
* More than 5 year work experience on notebook service and repair

* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

* Team player, ability and willingness to motivate and support others
