职位描述
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain and develop relationship with existing and potential strategic accounts, including fast food chains and hotels in China
2. Initiate and manage new projects for existing strategic accounts
3. Develop potential distributors and manage existing distributors in Eastern and Western China
4. Develop dealer networks in Eastern and Western China
5. Visit important end users with local dealers or distributors in Eastern and Western China
6. Plan and conduct sales promotion and training programs for Metro products in Eastern and Western China
7. Help China food service sales team achieve annual sales quota
8. Make short-term and long-term growth strategy for Eastern and Western China.
QUALIFICATIONS:
TECHNICAL:
1. Bachelor's degree, technical or business relative major is preferred
2. Working experience in foodservice industry for at least 5 years, with at least 3 years sales experience
3. Have good relationship with key fast food chains in China, like YUM and McDonald's is desirable
4. Familiar with Metro products and applications in fast food chain is preferred
ANALYTICAL:
1. Analytical thinking during daily working and relative computer skills is needed
2. Good interpersonal communication skills is necessary
3. Good at providing innovative and creative solutions to customers
CONTROL:
1. Acceptable level of English, capable of working in English language environment
2. Driving license is preferred
