Activities/responsibilities:

1. To monitor all management processes. Finding out margins of optimization, defining quality standards and putting in place all necessary steps to fulfill them on each company level.
2. To formalize and optimize the organizational company structure in order to maximize the effectiveness and the efficiency both on macro and micro level by reducing the costs and achieving a perfectly integrated company able to reach its strategic targets.
3. To carry out a complete analysis on training requirements, projecting and giving way, together with internal collaborators, to training sessions finalized on the steady improvement of capacity and capability of all human resources according to the role covered in the company.
4. To plan, according to the guidelines given by the President, the commercial politics of the company defining together with the Commercial Direction the budget and the sales targets.
5. To outline commercial and marketing initiatives aimed to consolidate and increase business in the target market.
6. To check the market’s product demand and the sales conditions in order to evaluate the growth potential and to give support to the Commercial Direction in the definition of price politics and the conditions to grant to customers.
7. To supervise and approve the budget of each single business unit guaranteeing the implementation of a unitary the company budget which will be the benchmark.
8. To plan recurrent meetings focused on the analysis of the budget performance of each unit and to put in place necessary remedies.
9. To support the human resources management by supplying the necessary technical assistance in order to optimize the results (by promoting the professional growth in developing the capabilities and capacities).

岗位职责

1. 负责公司全面管理，全面掌控公司的生产，产品研发，质量管理，销售等各个营运环节，确保公司的盈利水平。
2. T建立合理的组织结构，保持合理的运作成本，确保公司战略和组织的协调性，保证公司的发展战略顺利实施完成。
3. 负责公司的管理团队建设，负责对公司的人力资源战略的审核，通过各种管理措施，确保公司整体人力资源素质。
4. 根据公司的整体发展战略和方向方针，制定公司的发展目标，并将其分解到各职能部门，督促各部门顺利完成。
5. 制定和审核公司的营销战略，确保公司的品牌形象，保证公司的销售额的稳定发展，完成公司的整体战略。
6. 组织编制和审核公司的成本计划，进行成本指标分解和监控，对各部门的成本完成情况进行监控，考核，保证公司成本指标完成。
7. 督导各部门的日常生产活动，定期召开有关会议，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保公司正常运转
8. 领导建立健全公司各部门的管理制度，组织制定公司的人力资源政策，审批重大人事决策；对各部门工作进行考核监控。
9. 与当地政府部门进行沟通协调，建立良好的公司外部营运环境。
10. 完成董事会临时交待的任务
