Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishes the tactical direction and supports the strategic direction for CDB HRIS requirements. Translates business requirements into CDB HR application specifications.
2. Maintains a stable and secured database environment for HR database(s) and provides technical support in all aspect of HR database(s) or applications e.g. HR Database(s) security audit review, SOX, and Data Privacy policy. HR Database(s) enhancements Disaster recovery, etc. Leads HR department IT compliance efforts and champions compliance with the HR team. Accountable for position creation, termination and data integrity audits.
3. Works with stakeholders to develop, generate and maintain a number of standard reports (scheduled and ad hoc).
4. Responsible for using HR information and data across multiple platforms and applications, such as Org Publisher, Position Control. Maintains Organization charts and tools that support CDB Strategic Staffing.
5. Troubleshoots HR applications by reviewing application output and performing diagnostics.
6. HRIS governance: ensures compliance and governance requirements of Global Upstream HRIS and IT are followed. Maintains close cooperation with Beijing HR and ASBU HRIS team to ensure alignment and identify improvement opportunities to leverage CDB HR JDE system.

Requirements:
1. Written and oral communication in English required – CET level 6 minimum
2. Previous experience and knowledge of WEB development using Frontpage and/or SharePoint
3. Previous HR information system management experience preferred
4. Previous experience in an Oil & Gas company preferred
5. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to interface with colleagues at all levels
6. Must be able to deal with short time frames and handle multiple competing priorities
7. Strong Working Knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment using the following:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
