Young Potential Program

With a massive expansion plan for the next 5 coming years, IKEA Retail China is looking for more young talents to join in and be part of this; especially for, in a longer-term perspective, potentials who can fill in management and key positions.

The Young Potential (YP) program provides a key channel to develop our future specialists and leaders. It is a very inspiring career development project for high potential and young talent people!

Every YP will get one-on-one, face-to-face coaching and feedback from their IKEA store steering group member or the like. The YPs will grow in their roles to become qualified team leaders or functional experts in 18 months time through systematic trainings and taking challenging responsibilities or projects in IKEA.

After this initial period of 18 months, the acceleration towards becoming a store steering group member within the following 3 years should take place.

Main responsibilities (Operations, Business Analyst)

Business follow ups and reporting
· Responsible in-store business performance follow ups and communication.
· Provide business reporting and related analysis by kinds of periodic reports in sales, margin, costs, productivity and other KPIs for store constant performance improvement.
Business performance analysis and steering
· Use benchmarking and store clusters to identify potentials, communicate the findings to the store management team and implement proven solutions.
· Secure the financial performance in line with goals and to highlight deviations and potentials, in order that store can take action to achieve goals.
· Work together with commercial team in analysing benefits, costs and investments to ensure the good return on investments.
Financial budget and forecast
· Support BNOM in coordinating the yearly financial budget and communicating the goals to related parties in the store and SO BN.
· Co-ordinate and communicate the bi-monthly financial forecasts throughout the year.
· Contribute in the store scenario plan.
Others
· To be the super user for the financial system in the store such as CODA, COGNOS, TEC etc.
· To be involved in the cost efficiency activities.
· To ensure financial and accounting routines implemented in the store.

销售部：
作为人数最多的销售部，共计包括十一个部门，分别分布在不同楼层，包括二楼家具展间，一楼家具自提区以及负一层家居用品卖场。在这里，我们的员工通过对产品的了解，不仅能为顾客提供灵活的家居解决方案，更是他们展现自我、分享家居生活经验的舞台。

顾客关系部
商场入口处：在这里，我们的员工通过热情的欢迎和积极主动的回应为顾客提供轻松愉快的购物环境，从而展现他们细心专业的服务，良好的工作态度。

收银部：在这里，我们的收银员享有国内最先进的收银系统完成日常工作，同时，合理的排班、紧密的团队合作氛围及晚班交通补助等公司政策，能够让他们更好地平衡自己的工作和生活！

餐饮部：
在这里，我们的员工都热爱美食，并享受快节奏的标准化工作为顾客带来高效、快捷的服务，让顾客在购物之余深刻感受着独特的瑞典文化。宜家餐饮部包括一个提供瑞典风格食物的顾客餐厅、一个舒适温馨的员工餐厅、一个提供快捷便利食品的小餐馆和一个出售琳琅满目进口食品的瑞典食品屋。

设计部：
在这里，我们的员工不仅仅把设计灵感停留在脑海里，而是通过不同的展示方式告诉顾客，他们充满了活力，运用新颖的点子呈现实用的家居解决方案。
