Job Purpose:

Provide technical expertise to Messer China’s hydrogen projects from business development, project execution to operation.

Responsibilities:

· Technical support to hydrogen business:

* Provide support in obtaining hydrogen gas businesses through preparation of technical proposals and technical support in negotiations with potential customers.

* Coordinate internally with the relevant functions, such as Operations, Distribution, Financial and etc.

* Conduct necessary technical training to the relevant parties.

· Hydrogen projects execution:

* Provide effective engineering solutions for hydrogen projects including customer site gases supply system.

* Manage hydrogen projects to ensure that they reach designed performance and comply with the existing standards, procedures, and budget.

* Audit projects follow-up such as engineering improvements.

* Manage the sourcing, qualifications and localization of standard equipment and sub contractors.

· Hydrogen plant operation support:

* Provide sufficient support to hydrogen plant operation, maintenance, packaging and distribution in hydrogen field.

* Provide troubleshooting solutions for hydrogen plants including customer site gases supply system.

* Audit operation follow-up for plant operation improvements.

· Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, chemical process, or similar major.

· Proficient in both oral and written English;

· Familiar with application of MS Office;

· More than 5 years of experience in related function, in which at least 2 years in manager position.

· In-depth knowledge in hydrogen plant project, production.

· Experience in foreign gas company will be preferable.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· High mobility.
