Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement maintenance programs and standards that are at par with best operating practices both domestic and international

- Train staff of the companies in these programs and standards

- Define maintenance strategies depending on different company's capabilities.

- Standardize maintenance procedures.

- Supervise maintenance actions.

- Assist the companies in major turnarounds

- Audit compliance of the companies to these standards and programs

- Build spare parts DATABASE for Messer China in order to reduce spare cost

- Set up relationship with vendors abroad for spare parts and technical assistance

- Assist Messer China companies during break down emergencies

- Assist in introducing, implementing and improving SHE programs and initiatives in plant maintenance.

- Help Messer China companies to ensure safety of oxygen compressors.

- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Cryogenic/Chemical Engineering

- At least 5 year experience in the maintenance of various types of compressors and other similar rotating machines

- Working knowledge of English & PC

- Good interpersonal skills
