任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历.机械设备制造或模具设计制造等相关专业,25-35岁，男女不限；

2. 从事螺纹紧固件产品设计3年以上工作经验，熟悉紧固件生产工艺及热处理和表面处理工艺；

3. 熟悉各主机厂关于汽车螺丝的相关标准和电子螺丝相关标准及应用；

4. 有螺丝模具设计由其是多功位模具设计经验者和螺丝产品成本计算经验者优先；

5. 能吃苦耐劳，愿意在一家公司长期发展;

6. 为人诚信，具有良好的沟通能力，能在一定压力下工作；

Qualification：

1.Above college degree, Engineering discipline,25 to 35 years old, female or male;

2.Minimum 3 years experience for fastener design, be familiar with the threads fastener manufacture process

and heat treatment and finishing process;

3.Be familiar with automotive and electronic screw standard and application;

4.Prefer have multistage tooling design experience or have cost calculate experience;

5.Can bear hardships, be willing to work for a company in long time;

6.Honest and reliable, good communication skill, can work under pressure.
