The main missions of the role are:

maintains on going communications with suppliers to monitor their schedules / forcasts , identifies and reports potential problems, issues or concerns that may affect the facility production schedules, requirements, inventory, and transportation.
co-ordinates and resolves problems, issues or concerns that affect MP&L, packaging, scheduling, etc.
update master production planning sheet in response to the latest forecast and delivery request
set up machine capacity database and schedule priority principles and update it in response to changes or continuiouse improvement
improve the service, efficiency, cost and effectiveness of our international supply chain process
handle payment issue resolving with vendors
monitor inventory levels to control it to a safety volume and invole in cycle counts
track PO complete status every shift to adjust MPS in time to avoid possible delivery delay and feedback this information to logistic coordinator immediately
import and export regulatory compliance and documentation
other duties with customers and suppliers assigned during project development and pro-duction
other issue allocated by superior

Basic requirement:
University graduate, At least 3 years experiences in related area;
Self-motivation and performance oriented; Good service attitude, patient, Passion, dedication, high sense of responsibility.
Good communication skill; Good command of computer;
Knowledgeable of production planning, material planning and inventory control
At least 2 years relevant working experience in MNC.
Fluent in English & Chinese both in writing and oral.
