岗位职责
?向总经理汇报工作
?要有礼貌和有效率的处理客人和员工的要求,报告客人的投诉或问题,如果没有即时的解决方案及时与客人反馈
?确保前厅部团队呈现热情的,专业的和欢迎的形象
?与客房部和工程部紧密合作,以确保需要维修的客房被封锁
?理解并严格遵守员工手册和酒店政策中严格规定关于消防,卫生,健康和安全
?报告员工在任何时候都正确穿戴制服和名牌
?要在任何时候保持高水准的个人形象和卫生
?要保持良好融洽的工作关系
?出席所有员工会议,不管是部门的,酒店培训的和其他相关活动
?完全理解在操作手册和政策及程序中的收入审计部分
? Reports to the General Manager
? To assist in the implementation of a flexible employee base, with the right mix of Full-Time and Part-Time employees. To allocate employees over the Division based on established business levels for that day
? To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance daily
? To support staff needs in other Departments based on the hotel priorities and anticipated business levels
? To monitor service and rooms standards in all work place. To work with Duty Managers/Guest Relations Managers, Executive Housekeeper, and Room Supervisor to take corrective action where necessary
? To be available and on duty during peak periods (frequently opening and closing the operation)
? To conduct frequent and thorough inspections together with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Front Office Manager, Duty Managers/Guest Relations Managers and Chief Engineer
? To handle guest and employee inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
? To be demanding and critical when it comes to service standards.
? To ensure that the Front Office team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
? To work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering Department to ensure that rooms is blocked accordingly for maintenance
? To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
? To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times
? To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
? To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the Place of Work and all other departments
? To attend and contribute to all staff meetings Departmental and Hotel trainings scheduled and other related activities
? To have a complete understanding of the Income Audit Section in the Operations Manual and Policies & Procedures.


任职资格
?具备强有力的领导和管理能力,有能力管理一个团队不同人格的团队
?监督前厅部的工作职责,负责前厅部工作的执行情况
?至少3年及以上类似管理职位
?具备酒店开业前的工作经验者优先
?能流利的用中英文表达(口语和书面)

? Possess strong leadership and management skills with the ability to manage a team of FO personnel.
? Supervises the job duties and responsible for the performance of the Front Office Operations.
? Previous experience in Front Office Operations with a minimum of 3 years or more in similar management capacity can be considered.
? Hotel pre-opening experience is a plus
? Ability to communicate (spoken and written) fluently in Chinese and English Language.
