岗位职责
?计划，执行和监督部门的经营预算。
?计划，执行和监督根据业务和计划的预防性维护程序的所有机械和电气设备和建筑物的公用系统及永久结构。
?确保所有的工程部工作能根据技术上的规格或法定行为顺利进行。
?熟悉位置和所有消防要求，并带领酒店的消防队伍，并确保所有消防设备和系统都处于工作状态。
?要保持维修要求的工程用品有足够库存，确保这些部件系统性的存储，并确保这些部件的安全性。
?确保工作区域以安全为原则，所有的设备或工具均保持在工作条件。
?通过提供相关的信息、数据或部门活动以确保管理质量，并确保所有事项需要管理决策或会影响到日常经营管理的事项，管理层能知晓。
?就工程类工作与各部门负责人紧密合作，以尽量减少不便，可能会影响客人安全及酒店业务。
?组织部门的工作力量，使员工工作表现和纪律维持可以接受的标准。
?组织工程技术人员培训，以提升工作技能和知识。
?执行管理层要求的所有相关职责。与所以相关部门同事及合作单位联系并保持良好的合作关系。
? Plan, execute & monitor the department’s operating budget.
? Plan, executes & monitor all mechanical and electrical equipment and building utility system and permanent structure in accordance to operations and planned preventive maintenance programme.
? Ensures all works carried out by Engineering staff are carried out in accordance to the specifications by technically or by statutory acts.
? Well verse with the locations and operations of all fire-fighting requirements and to lead the hotel fire-fighting team and to ensure all fire fighting equipment and systems are in working condition.
? To maintain sufficient stock of engineering supplies relevant to the maintenance requirement and to ensure that these parts are stored systematically and to ensure the security of these items.
? To ensure that the work areas are maintained in safe orderly manner and all equipment or tools are in working conditions.
? To provide the management with relevant information data or the activities of the department and to ensure that the management are informed of all matters arising that needs the management decision making or matter that will affect the daily operations of the business.
? To work closely to all department heads in respect to engineering activities in order to minimise inconvenience that might affect house-guests safety and hotel operations.
? To organise the department’s force of work and maintain an acceptable standards of staff performance and discipline.
? To organise training for the engineering staff, in order to up-grade working skills and knowledge from time to time.
? And to perform all related duties as required by the management. To liaise and maintain a good working relationship with all relevant government department and agencies.

?了解所有当地的章程和其他地方的规则和条例。
? To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
? Carried out his duty in accordance with the Hotel policies & Procedures, it may include to planning, coordinating, appraising and monitoring of work performance and competency level, problem solving and addressing complaint.
? Minimum Degree in Engineering with strong background in Mechanical & Electrical
? Minimum 5 years working experience as Chief Engineer in a hotel environment
? Ability to communicate in English and also able to communicate in written report on daily activities.
? Able to work closely with other departments especially Housekeeping and F&B Division
? Well verse with all local bylaws and other local rules & regulations set by the Authorities.
