To assistant QA Manager for formulating and maintaining procedures and maintaining quality standards for materials,components and products through the implementation of effective quality assurance procedures and controls.will work extensively with engineering and other departments,suppliers to ensure process control.will be responsible for managing internal and external audit.driving continuous improvement within the company,will be responsibility for CMM programming and advisory QC technician.will be responsibility for calibration inspection equipment.

Key Tasks
? Assist QA manager to manage,lead group of QA technicians and formulate inspection plan
? Management of all customer drawings,specifications,work instructions and relevant documents.
? Quality issue with customers and meet customer requirement.
? Other tasks arrange by management.

Requirements:
? Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/relevant discipline, fresh graduated famous university is welcome.
? Good understanding of Quality Management System, AS9100 or ISO 9001:2000 standard is essential .
? Strong team player with good interpersonal communication skills
? Assurance of product and process quality .
? Good knowledge of GD&T and measurement equipment (CMM etc).
? Maintain/Enhance the quality to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements .
? Initiate & implement continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and quality.
? Assist Quality manager to deal with quality issue.
? Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is good advantage.
? Experience in aerospace industry is good advantage.
