Main Purpose of the job:

The Product Engineer is responsible for technical product definition and process feasibility, in line with customer specification, program planning, quality and costs targets.

Job Description:

1.遵从佛吉亚卓越体系和佛吉亚的管理系统指导产品、工具、设备的设计细节;
Applies Group standards following the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and uses Faurecia's Program Management System (PMS) to guide the concept and design detail of a product, tool and/or equipment.

2.分析客户需求，协调预计工作，CAD，通过测试建立DVP，建立BOM，确认产品性能目标;
Analysis customer requirements, define best Faurecia proposal, realise benchmark, coordinate prediction work and CAD work, create DVP with experts and testing teams, create the initial BOM, validate Product performance targets.

3.负责跨function的回顾
Lead cross functional review

4.负责VA/VE workshop
Lead VA/VE workshop

5.确认产品和工艺的可行性，更新DVP
Validate feasibility of product and process concepts, update DVP

6.在PDM里管理程序文件
Manage a Program File in Product Data Management (PDM), with all design changes, ECR history.

7.管理项目技术的各个方面：准备和管理项目技术文件；确保技术的收敛计划达到产品的质量和成本目标；确保PMS 的时间进度与BOP一致；确保供应商的综合技术水平；与技术模具供应商协作，确保产品达到工艺、模具专家的要求。
Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation; Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets; Ensure that the PMS technical milestone deadlines are met Manage Bought Out Parts (BOP) definition and ensure technical integration of suppliers, Coordinate technical management of tool suppliers relying on process/tool engineers and experts.

9.建立和确认控制计划的雏形
Establish and validate prototype control plan

10.分析测试报告和负责产品确认
Analysis test reports and product validation parts

11.核实Off Tools 部分的可靠性
Verify reliability of Off Tools parts

12.与工艺工程师联络，保证产品和工艺在产品启动的时在预计的控制之中
Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched.


任职资格：

1)机电类专业本科或以上学历
Scholar or above Mechanical and Electronic control education background
2)良好的中英文书面和口语沟通能力,
Good spoken and written English/Chinese communication skill
3)汽车零部件行业三年以上工作经验，了解汽车零部件制造开发流程，熟悉内饰工艺及设备
More than 3 years’ experience in automotive industry area, understand automotive manufacturing procedure, processes and equipments.
4)具备丰富的注塑行业经验，良好的模具开发能力
Abundant Experience in injection industry,strong ablilty in tools development.
5) 良好的团队协作能力及抗压能力
Good team player and can work under pressure
