任职要求：
1、男性，3年以上房地产会计工作经验，具有会计中级资格证书；
2、 熟悉财务、税务、审计相关专业知识，精通国家、地方经济政策和法律法规，熟悉会计准则；
3、优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会分析处理能力；
4、良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力；
5、公正、稳重，具有良好的敬业精神、强烈的责任心、较强的保密意识。
