岗位职责：

1、负责来电转接，接送来访宾客，陌生人员来访及员工外出登记，茶水服务；
2、收发传真、外来函件、邮件的及时转送，报纸杂志安放；
3、负责办公室文件打印、复印；
4、负责办公用品的申请、保管、发放；
5、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
6、负责及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式；
7、负责公司名片印制、机票订购、饮用水订购、工作餐订购及费用报销等外联工作；
8、负责各级主管交办出差安排等各项工作；
9、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、25岁以下，形象气质佳；
2、工作虚心好学、责任心强、善于沟通、原则性强；
3、熟练运用office办公软件以及一些国外软件如：Outlook Thunderbird;

工作时间：9:00-17:30，双休。

Jesse Investment was founded in 2009 in Hong Kong.
