Job Function：
Assist the team in standardizing the project management, process training as well as
consulting and ensuring the observation of the process
Implement PPQA audit and review, exam project development management activities
and product, trace risk and quality problems till they are solved or closed
Report project quality at regularly or irregularly, inform project manager and project
teams the results of PPQA activities
Report the still unsolved failed items to the senior management and trace as well as
verify the fixed result (entitled to report cross-rankingly in case some serious quality
problem can not be solved even after consultation)
Take charge of project PPQA planning, define project quality policies, measurement
process and product quality status, and direct development team to meet quality goal
Collect and analyze the efficiency and quality index of development process, spot
problems and capable to participate in software process system improving”
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer software, quality engineering management or
other computer related fields.
Used to serve in CMM/CMMI L3 or above company, familiar with software quality
assurance system, have experience in PPQA or software management related.
Attended in ISO/CMM/CMMI related quality training, certified candidates preferred
(internal auditor / assessor / internal appraiser)
Had software development experience and big picture for whole software project
process preferred
Good at cooperating with different-opinioned others and handling work flexibly, have
strong trouble-coordinating, persuasion and organizing abilities
Familiar with project management tools, able to conduct work together with project
team active, optimistic, teamwork-oriented, strong sense of responsibility"
Good writing and oral English
