岗位职责
1.Responsible for JV(Thales & CETCA) production line set up base on the products information .
配合生产经理基于产品信息完成JV 生产线的建设
2. Analysis the production efficiency and defined the key KPI index with the production manager .
与生产经理一起进行对工厂的生产效率分析，定义关键指标并进行跟踪。
3.organization and simulation the project and identify bottlenecks and support concept process design For new project implementation man-machine engineering simulation.
在生产经理的领导下，组织对先期项目通过模拟，鉴别瓶颈并支持概念工艺设计；对于新项目实施人机工程模拟。
4.Continual improve and enhance the production efficiency and cost down .
参与LEAN 管理，实现持续改善生产效率和成本节约。
5.Continual improve the products cycle time and safety .
改善车间的人工工效和安全条件。
6.through the process sample production and preliminary batch analysis to support the new product start production
通过工艺样品制作、预批量分析的工作对新产品的起步生产提供支持。
7． defined the SOP base on the products technology
根据产品工艺流程定义相应的作业指导书
8.Responsible for the ECN change and management .
配合研发团队对ECN的改变和管理
9.Responsible for NPI management .
配合生产经理完成新产品的导入
10.Responsible for the System integration laboratory material management
配合研发团队负责系统集成实验室的物料管理
11.Responsible for the system integration laboratory layout .
配合研发团队负责系统集成实验室工艺布局

1. 5 years relative work experience with Manufacture engineer in the large manufacturing company preferred
5年以上工艺制造相关工作经验,在大型制造企优先
2. Familiar IE 7 tools and /Kaizen and practice
熟悉IE 7大手法及持续改进实际工作经验
The work is industrious, meticulous attention, have a strong sense of responsibility.

3. Familiar AUTO CAD ,PRO-E AND OFFICE
熟练使用AUTO CAD/PRO-E和OFFICE办公软件
4. The candidate needs a strong logic thinking / analysis ability and received professional trainingthatcan the independent writing SOP, etc and IE related technical documents.
具有较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，接受过专业培训，能够独立编写SOP等与IE有关的技术文件。
