Job Title: Flutter Application Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Application Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that function well across both Android and iOS platforms. Your role will encompass the full lifecycle of application development, from conceptualization to release, including requirement analysis, architectural design, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter.
61 Collaborate closely with product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional applications.
61 Write efficient, maintainable code, ensuring consistency across projects.
61 Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure product quality.
61 Participate in application performance optimization to enhance user experience.
61 Maintain existing applications, promptly fix bugs, and continuously improve product features.
61 Explore and introduce new development tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
61 Experience: At least 2 years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
61 Technical Skills:
o Proficient in Dart programming language and familiar with the Flutter framework and ecosystem.
o Solid understanding of fundamental mobile app development concepts, such as UI design, animations, network requests, and database operations.
o Familiarity with reactive programming paradigms.
o Strong object-oriented design and programming skills.
o Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization techniques.
o Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
o Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins for automated builds and deployments.
o Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store is a plus.
o Familiarity with other cross-platform development frameworks like React Native is a plus.
61 Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
o Ability to solve problems independently and effectively collaborate with team members.
o Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to embrace challenges and adapt to change.
Bonus Points:
61 Contributions to open-source projects.
61 Familiarity with backend development technologies, such as Node.js, Python, etc.
