and finance excellence to support the business/plant strategy. Predict business
development based on big picture and focusing on most efficient and compliant
finance control processes. Leading and coaching a competitive team by
challenging the status quo and focus on new working methods to compete with
future requirements.
You'll make an impact by
* To ensure the profitable growth the focus should be on wholistic product
cost management in order to ensure the competitiveness of products, factory and
manufacturing network. Therefore the right targets have to be set and necessary
continuous improvement measures have to be driven. To take care of the
governance for the different processes of the factory and act as a sponsor for
different projects, such as PKM etc.
* Responsible for an accurate, timely reporting of financial figures as well
as supporting the business with dedicated analysis and predictive scenarios.
Define and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures. Ensure
internal and legal compliance.
* To drive finance excellence and setup a future oriented finance team with
the spirit to adopt and drive new working methods.
* Liaises with suppliers and customers to clarify business cases as an
escalation point. Collaborate with local authorities in taxation issues,
ensures respective tax operations, and liaise with local tax consultants and
banks.
Your defining qualities
* Bachelor or above education background majoring finance and economy with
certificated accountant qualification or equal qualification.
* Knowledge of operation of manufacturing industry and corresponding value
flow.
* Knowledge of tax law and IFRS guideline.
* Good sense of data and storytelling in logic way.
* Agile and lean mindset, clear logic, good at communication and
collaboration.
* Proficient in English.
