职位描述
JOB OVERVIEW
To provide presales support to sales teams for tender or proposal submission requests within the specific tender closing timeline.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with Sales Managers on the Tender/RFP/RFQ submission request.
Work on tender specifications through system notification requests sent in by Sales Managers for both softcopy and hardcopy tender documents.
Assist in preparing NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the authorized signatory and coordinate with GSS General Admin team for the collection of tender documents via courier services where necessary.
To coordinate/work with different business support units to obtain the necessary info required for tender submission.
Liaise with Sales Manager for the tender proposal outline if this is not stated in the tender document.
Prepare tender templates per the tender proposal outline.
Provide SLA to manage the return of tender proposals for the required formatting.
84 Track and follow up with Sales Manager/proposal team for the return of the proposal write-up.
84 Assist in formatting/compiling the tender proposal for submission.
84 File the final tender proposal submission (both hardcopy and softcopy) according to the specified requirement as shared with the presales support team.
84 Provide any required administrative support to ensure the tender proposals are submitted within the tender timeline."
