岗位职责：
- 自主开发或与销售团队共同开发培训客户，建立客户档案；
- 与客户建立信任并有效获得培训需求，深度挖掘客户潜在培训需求，完成需求调研与诊断分析；
- 结合客户的培训需求，撰写针对性、专业化培训解决方案；
- 处理客户异议，推进商业合作，实施服务合同；
- 协调讲师资源，作为项目经理管控被确保学习项目的顺利交付；
- 持续有效的维护客户，建立长期合作关系；
- 执行公司的考核策略及制度，完成目标任务。


任职要求：
- ***本科及以上学历，五年以上培训或咨询行业相关岗位工作经验；
- 愿意从事培训工作，有良好的团队合作意识；
- 积极主动，善于沟通和分析，具有较强的学习能力及内驱力；
- 熟练操作办公软件（WORD、EXCEL、PPT等）。
