职位目的Purpose of the Role：
英文旅游顾问是我们公司提供卓越旅行体验给全球客户使命中的关键角色。此职位负责处理来自海外个人或旅行合作伙伴的询问，制定个性化旅游方案，并引导客户确认与我们的预订。旅游顾问确保从首次接触到旅游完成整个计划过程的无缝对接和高质量。
The Travel Advisor is a key player in our company's mission to deliver exceptional travel experiences to a global clientele. This role is responsible for engaging with inquiries from overseas individuals or travel partners, crafting personalized tour proposals, and guiding clients towards confirming their bookings with us. The Travel Advisor ensures a seamless, high-quality travel planning process from the first point of contact through the completion of the tour.
职责Responsibilities：
1. 客户接洽与个性化服务Client Engagement & Personalization:：
- 高效处理通过我们公司网站收到的国际客户和旅行合作伙伴的询问。
Efficiently address inquiries received through our company website from international clients and travel partners.
- 根据客户的具体需求和偏好定制并推荐旅游方案，旨在确保预订的成交。
Create and customize tour proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients, aiming to secure their bookings.
2. 订单管理与销售优化 Inquiry Management & Sales Optimization:？-监管询价，确保及时跟进客户。
Oversee the inquiry process, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
- 提升产品知识和销售技巧，以提高转化率。
Enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to improve conversion rates.？
3. 提供团队操作支持Tour Operations Support：
- 协助我们办公室的后勤团队执行旅游，包括管理票务、酒店和地面旅游的预订。？
Support our office's logistic team in executing tours, including managing bookings for tickets, hotels, and ground tours.
- 确保正在进行的旅游高质量，积极解决任何问题。？
Ensure the high quality of ongoing tours, addressing any issues proactively.？
4. 市场洞察与产品开发Market Insight & Product Development:：
- 关注入境旅游行业的趋势和新闻。？
Stay informed about trends and news in the inbound tourism sector.
- 积极参与公司新旅游产品、路线的开发及新市场的拓展。？
Contribute to the development of new travel products, routes, and expansion into new markets.
- 通过分享销售策略和行业知识，协作创建一个统一有效的业务团队。？Collaborate in the creation of a unified and effective business team by sharing sales strategies and industry knowledge.？
职位要求 Desired Qualifications and Skills:
1. 要求大专或以上学历，优先考虑英语、国际贸易、酒店旅游、市场营销等相关专业背景。
Requires an associate degree or higher, with a preference for backgrounds in English, international trade, hotel tourism, marketing, or related fields.
2. 具备良好的英语阅读、写作及沟通能力，口语流利。熟练掌握电脑操作和互联网应用.
Possesses good English reading, writing, and communication skills, with fluent spoken English. Proficient in computer operations and internet applications.
3. 优秀的沟通技巧，具有强烈的工作责任心，以及耐心细致和灵活的工作态度。Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of work responsibility, and a patient, meticulous, and flexible work attitude.
4. 对旅游行业感兴趣，对旅行充满热情并对各种文化和目的地有深入了解的，熟悉国内旅游景点的优先。
Candidates with a keen interest in the tourism sector, a profound passion for travel, and an extensive knowledge of different cultures and destinations, particularly those well-acquainted with domestic tourist sites, will be prioritized.
5. 也欢迎具有英语或旅游专业背景且英语水平较好的应届本科毕业生申请。？Recent graduates with a background in English or tourism and a good level of English proficiency are also welcome to apply.？
福利待遇 Benefits and Compensation：
1、基本工资+高额提成+社会保险+年终业绩分红。
Basic salary + high commission + social insurance + annual performance bonus.
2、工作时间：上午9点至下午6点，周末及法定假日休息。
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends and public holidays off.
3、工作满一年后，享有5天带薪年假。
After one year of employment, entitled to 5 days of paid annual leave.
4、公司每年安排一次免费的年终旅游度假。
The company arranges a free annual end-of-year vacation trip.

成都友好国际旅行社八宝分社隶属于成都有好国际旅行社，公司位于成都市青羊区。我公司主要业务范围有国内旅游业务和入境旅游服务。主要旅游线路包括西藏、新疆、北京、西安、云南、四川、重庆（三峡）等省市主要旅游景区的常规旅游和特色旅游。并代订全国火车票、国内/国际飞机票、游船等，代办外籍游客进藏的进藏函。
