岗位职责：
The Facility head of PujP/FCM is responsible for plant FCM and PRS. including Facility management, Plant expands and relayout, Physical security , compliance and effectively leads and improves all FCM and PRS functions according to the Plant Strategy Roadmap and Business Plan Targets.
Responsibility:
1. Accountable for plant overall quality of delivery of Facilities Management.
2. Management of budget and track contractors KPI’s on regular basis.
3. Provide feasibility studies and construction option appraisals of the building project to be managed.
4. Provide oversight of soft services operations (Office Management, Guard service, Cleaning Service, Mail Service, Pantry supplies, Shuttle bus service and Meeting room service) to drive optimization and best practice sharing.
5. Coorperate with government, external and internal auditors and related department to build a safety and compli-ance working environment.Keep the plant in a stable environment.
6. Evaluate site security risk, build and supply a safety and valuable security management system.
7. Build up a good collaboration and communication with all functions in the plant especially manufacturing, quality, and purchase, as well as plant management.
任职要求：
1. Minimum 5 years working experience in Facility management.
2. Good English skills in written and verbal.
3. Knowledge on facility like electrical, fire system, HVAC.
4. Ownership for targets and consistency in follow-up (accountability).
5. Result orientation (considers different perspectives and finds common ground).
