岗位职责：
- 负责所属团队日常管理及队伍建设；
- 帮助、指导团队成员提升工作绩效、达成销售目标；
- 负责收集市场及竞争对手动态，并提出解决方案；
- 负责对CRM数据和管理报表进行分析，发现问题并解决问题；
- 主动制定并不断完善产品策略和销售策略；
- 负责所属团队成本控制在预算及合理范围内。


任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历
-5年以上工作经验，至少2年团队管理经验；
- 过往的工作中有良好的业绩表现，多管理手段，并能够证明是成功的销售团队管理者；
- 较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思考能力，思维敏捷而清晰，善于从复杂的问题中发现重点；
- 较强的沟通协调能力，能主动与各部门进行良好的沟通，协调并整合各项资源；
- 市场敏感度强，具备良好的商业意识以及沟通谈判能力；
- 能在高压力下工作，积极主动，具有较高的职业素养和责任心、团队合作精神。
