职位描述：
- 运营管理大、中型测评或咨询类项目，负责整个测评或咨询类项目的交付实施；
- 指导和培养测评顾问，提高顾问水平；
- 与客户建立良好信任关系，赢得业务机会；
- 识别客户的复杂需求，设计针对性的人才测评解决方案；
- 根据项目需要，为客户提供人才测评相关培训；
- 与销售队伍建立良好的关系，定期为销售队伍进行测评业务培训。

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，心理学、人力资源管理专业；
- 8年以上测评或人力资源相关工作经历；
- 乐于与人沟通，具备团队协作意识；
- 思维逻辑性强，善于快速学习和掌握新知识；
- 责任心和进取心强，能承受较大工作压力。
