Main Responsibilities:
1) Cost calculation & cost control (projects)
-Collecting cost information from related department and completing the calculation for project
-Calculating IC transfer price
-Checking actual costs and calculating final price
-Cost control according to calculation
2) SAP process
-Processing WBS check, sales order & invoice in SAP
-Preparing ECP calculation, checking and adjusting accrual in SAP
-Supporting to complete month end closing and handling commercial issues
3) Commercial support
-Maintaining the commercial database for price, cost, WBS, quotation, etc.
-Project report support like quotation, cost analysis, etc.
-Support to works of commercial team
4) Other tasks assigned by the manager

Main Requirements:
1) Careful, teamwork spirit, initiative and responsible, detail-focused.
2) Bachelor degree, majored in Mechanics is a bonus point.
3) Commercial or Financial working experience / sense preferred.
4) Able to work with English in both written and oral.
5) Good sense of costs, data process in Excel, knowledge on SAP system preferred.
