As a Pre-Sales Support Engineer for Motion Business Area in Beijing, China,
you will be responsible for creating and
completing bids/estimations/quotations based on customer specification or
customer requirements/budget in order to
achieve both market competitiveness and high margin for the Company. Maintain
and improve the balance between all
ABB units and customers that are present in the area of responsibility.
Your responsibilities
Designing of drive system for LV MD and MV SPD at quotation phase and order
execution phase
Creating of design documents at quotation phase and order execution phase
Simulations of drive system of LV MD and MV SPD including drive performances,
network side and motor side
performances
Ensuring competence and know-how maintenance for LV MD and MV SPD - Proactive
cooperation with Sales, Project
management and other functions
Contributing to new applications and standardization
Contributing to process improvement
Supporting of commissioning and trouble-shooting, especially new applications
Your background
Master’s degree or above on industrial electrical technology, drive or motor
technology
2+ years of work experience in Sales field is preferred
Deep knowledge on principle of AC drive, motor and related system components
Fluent English
