INTRODUCTION TO THE JOB
Automation Engineer works with engineering teams to develop automation systems for Butterfly valves. Also works alongside other departments to create automation plans that align with business goals.

ESSENTIAL or FUNDAMENTAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Responsibilities
? Work on automated valve, Butterfly valve, actuator sales order execution, such as:
- Part, mounting kit and BOM creation.
- Electrical and pneumatics accessories selection
- Valve and actuator integration
- GA (General Arrangement), OD (Overall Drawing) and SD (Schematic Drawing) creation and release
? Fully support ETO (Engineering to Order) execution, release drawings, parts, and bill of materials to manufacturing.
? ECN (Engineering Change Notification) execution
? Support IPM (Internal Project Management) on order technical review and clarifying, etc.
? Assist operation team on defective disposition, RCA and customer complain.
? Provide technical support to Sourcing team on technical clarification and manufacturing process correction and improvement.
? Provide technical consulting to PSQ (Product Selection and Quotation) team on technical clarification and quotation info checking.
? Carry out rational re-design under optimization plan.
? Promote design rationalization and product improvement to pursue design excellence.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES)
actuators is essential.
? Hands on experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle/etc), CAD software (Inventor/Solid works/AutoCad/Creo/etc.), Microsoft office is required.
? Working knowledge of FEA tools like Ansys is a plus.
? Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
? Creative thinking and analytics skills
? A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge.
? Necessary consciousness of teamwork and performance excellence.
