职位描述

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute all sourcing and procurement activities for key Asia Pacific markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Australia etc. for all spend categories, under the leadership of S&P in the region .

· Purchase goods and services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.

· Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments with strategic initiatives in order to create a positive impact on business operations

· Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities

· Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities

· Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements

· Adhere to vendor onboarding policy and processes acting closely with cross-functional teams.

· Draft, negotiate and execute contracts in close collaboration with legal and other relevant business partners to ensure proper contract authoring, reviews and risk mitigation.

· Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications

· Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships

· Ensure compliance to S&P Policy and procedures and company guidelines during supplier negotiations and contracts award process.

· Conduct research for new suppliers to bring in more efficiency and cost-effectivity.

· Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues



Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of sourcing and procurement functional and management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education, OR,
MBA / Master’s degree, 2+ years of sourcing and procurement functional and management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
2. Strong commercial and negotiation skills and proven cost-saving results.
3. Excellent listening and communication skills in English and Asia Pacific languages including 4. 4. Simplified Chinese, Mandarin, able to present ideas in a concise and organized manner.
5. Project coordination Results oriented and well organized.
6. Respectful, collaborative, willing to help, hands-on attitude, experience working in multi-functional and cross-cultural team is desirable.
7. Flexibility to work off hours with team members across globe.
