About the Role
The main responsibilities would be performing VAT invoice issuance and reconciliation, Auto customers’ AR aging tracing and Government filing.

Your Team
This position will report to Accounting Supervisor and does not have any direct or indirect reports.

What You Will Do
1. Responsible for VAT invoice issuance.
2. Perform monthly output/input VAT reconciliation and communicate with external customers and FSSC team.
3. Coordinate with BU controlling team and FSSC for outstanding VAT open items follow up.
4. Prepare Auto AR aging report and work with BU controlling to clear long aged AR items.
5. Manage all statutory local Government filing requirements.
6. Collaborate with other stakeholders on any ad-hoc duties or projects.

What You Need
1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or economics, <3 years related working experience.
2. Demonstrated competency with strong depth in SAP FICO.
3. Strong track record of translating business needs into functional ERP solutions across all SAP functionalities.
4. Excellent communications, interpersonal, team building and presentation skills.
5. Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
6. Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
