技能和经验：

3. 熟练使用微软开发工具包括：Visual Studio 2019、Visual Studio Core。 .Net Framework 4.0+、.net core 3.1+、多线程编程和异步编程、OOP 技术、设计模式和方法、多层（数据、业务和表示等）架构。

4. 精通数据库设计和编程：基于MS SQL Server的高性能SQL语句/过程。

5. 精通WinForm设计开发。

6. 精通web开发asp.net core, RESTful web API, web forms, MVC, JavaScript, CSS。

7. 精通一种或多种现代javascript框架（React、Angular JS、Vue）。

8. 精通Azure中国平台及其流行的PaaS特性（App Service、SQL Databases、Storage service）。

9. 熟悉源代码控制管理和工具（Azure DevOps、TFVC、Git）。

10. 有 DevOps 经验和 CI/CD 经验者优先。

11. 有以下技术经验者优先，如caching（Redis）、MQ、docker、Kubernetes。

12. 有Microsoft Power平台和Dynamics经验者优先。

13. 良好的英语沟通能力（听说）；

Responsibilities

    

1. Participate in the entire phase of system/application building project, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

2. Discuss with the system/application owners to understand system requirements, estimate development workload and planning.

3. Cooperate with other developers to design, develop, test and deliver solutions based on the Microsoft platform (C#, SQL server, Azure, etc.).

4. Investigate problems, diagnose, and fix code defects.

5. Work closely with the infrastructure team to properly deploy and monitor the application.

6. Work closely with IT security and compliance team to ensure no violation of local digital law or company policy.

7. Write and update technical documentation (analysis, APIs, user guide)

Skills and experience:

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent.

2. software development experience.

3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft development tools including: Visual Studio 2019, Visual Studio Core. .Net Framework 4.0+, .net core 3.1+, multi-threads programing, and asynchronized programing, OOP techniques, design patterns and methodologies, multi-layers (data, business, and presentation, etc.) architecture.

4. Proficient in Database design and programming: high performance SQL statement/procedure based on MS SQL Server.

5. Proficient in WinForm design and development.

6. Proficient in web developments asp.net core, RESTful web API, web forms, MVC, JavaScript, CSS.

7. Proficient in one or more modern javascript frameworks (React, Angular JS, Vue).

8. Proficient in Azure China platform and its popular PaaS features (App Service, SQL Databases, Storage service).

9. Familiar with source control management and tools (Azure DevOps, TFVC, Git).

10. Experience of DevOps and CI/CD experience is a strong plus.

11. Experience of high concurrency technologies, like caching (Redis), MQ, docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus.

12.Experience of Microsoft Power platform and Dynamics is a good plus.
