Job Purpose Statement：

？- To provide strategic leadership in development of Parkway brand propositions in east China, including classical

assessment of 4P’s: product, place, promotion and price.

- To be the custodian of Parkway’ brand ensuring consistent execution in line with Group values and direction.

- To achieve sales growth in excess of Budgets through detailed and targeted quarterly implementation plans.

- To monitor competitive activity and market trends; Identifying new opportunities for Parkway.

Key Accountabilities:

STRATEGY: lead Parkway to develop powerful proposition that wins in the upper middle Chinese of respective regional markets.

• Ensure strong and consistent brand execution of all Parkway products and services.
• Quality of proposition summaries produced as part of the annual budgetary planning process
• Regular pricing reviews to maximize total revenue through volume and unit price adjustments
• Increases in customer retention through strong brand execution

SALES: establishes annual stretch targets with Parkway CEO and assists with deployment of corporate centre resources to

deliver over Budget performances in all aspects.

- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plan and meet business targets

- Develop initiatives to generate new business leads and increase sales to new and existing clients

- Develop relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to corporate, agents, brokers and any other partners

- Monitor sales activities and ensure that the team is on track to meet assigned targets

- Identify and maximize new business opportunity to expand the client base

- Manage existing agents program and initiate new agents program, obtain approval, manage program and track results

- Negotiate with key stakeholders for special offer, assist promotion to the clients and obtain maximum result

- Represent the business at conferences, networking events and other relevant events

- Prepare comprehensive and pipeline reports to aid in decision making processes

MARKETING: work closely with Marketing and displays a detailed understanding of overall market and tracks competitor activities.

Aware of market trends and opportunities for Parkway.

• Quarterly Develop relationships with key stakeholders including but not limited to corporate, agents, brokers and any other partners
• Corporate with marketing activities that support sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators:

• ？Sales strategy plan for the year to be approved by supervisor
• Team building as planned
• Develop key 2B and 2C sales model
• Annual sales revenue target for the team 50 mn RMB
• Personal sales revenue target 15 mn RMB

Job Requirements:

• ？Bachelor Degree
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Sales. Healthcare/ MNC working experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM applications)
• Considerable and broad experience in solution selling. Business-to-business environment and/or service sectors.
• Must be experienced “hunter” mentality of developing new clients and exemplary level of Customer care and focus in account management to drive extension business.
• Able to demonstrate a proven track record of profitable sales growth.
