Main Responsibilities:
- Daily communication and basic support work to Sales team为销售团队提供日常沟通及支持工作:
- Supply bidding documents according to project requirements根据项目需求，提供投标资料
- Supply acceptance documents according to the actual delivery of the project根据项目实际发货情况，提供验收资料
- Provide various explanatory documents according to project requirements根据项目需求提供各类说明文件
- Apply for and issue Authorization Letter 申请并开具项目授权书
- Control and supply marketing materials such as sample cards, A4 samples, original tiles/ rolls which sales requested审核及发放销售申请的市场资料，如样卡、样片、大样等
- Regular Execution of monthly coordination meetings with clear follow up (To Do List, updated project and customer list) once a month 每月定期召开月度协调会议，并有明确的跟进(待办事项清单，更新项目和客户清单)
- SPR issue and management SPR出具与管理
- Sales team information collection and management销售团队信息收集及管理
- Other support work for sales team 销售部门其他支持工作
- Cooperate with other departments when needed 配合其他部门的工作，如需要
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in sales support or customer service-related job in a multinational company, preferably experienced in the building material business
- Professional business English skills reading, writing, listening, speaking (at least CET 6)
- Interested in marketing and sales, as well as in technical features of a product
- Good communication skills，creative out of the box thinking
- Have overall situation-and development view, strong sense of responsibility, team-working spirit, multi-tasking skills, self-motivated, service-orientated and strongly respect company privacy
- Detail oriented, independent, and mature
- Skilled in computer, office software operation, such as Word, Excel, Power Point
