Job Description & Summary:

Location: Guangzhou / Shenzhen/Wuhan/Chongqing/Beijing
Responsibilities:
Responsible for consulting business development the region, including area development, infrastructure investment and construction, urban renewal and TOD development, etc. Assist the business team to build relationships with customers and win projects. Report directly to partners and assist partners to maintain key customers’ relationships.
Experience and qualifications:
Familiar with the whole process of area development, and have practical experience in planning, industry, positioning planning, finance, product design and operation. Strong government relations and corporate customer resources, as well as new customer development ability. At least 8 years of consulting experience in real estate and district development.
