Goal of this position: provide 1:1 seamless caring service to ultra-rich consumers after purchase in kitchen retail channel, so as to largely increase consumer satisfaction and strengthen GAGGENAU’s luxury brand positioning..

岗位目标:为橱柜商零售渠道内的超富客群提供全方位1对1的服务，从而***程度提升消费者的满意度，加强GAGGENAU作为***奢侈的品牌的市场认知。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位主要职责:

• Work always as a single contact window after purchase for consumers from KR channel
• 自消费者从橱柜商零售渠道购买产品后，始终作为对外***消费者触点开展工作
• To take lead and coordinate drawing checking, on-site pre-check, and arrange pre-installation
• 牵头协调图纸审核、现场预检及安排预安装等工作
• To work with internal and external teams to ensure the efficiency and quality of delivery and installation
• 与内部和外部团队合作，确保交货和安装的效率及服务质量
• To educate consumer on product usage, in-time problem solving and arrange maintenance throughout product lifetime
• 对消费者进行针对产品功能性的使用指导，及时解决其在使用中产生的问题，及时妥善安排维修及保养
• To handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• 以顶奢品牌专业的态度及行为准则处理客户的咨询和投诉
• To delivery consumer caring by understanding personalized interests and arranging CRM activities
• 通过日常与消费者及其家人的深入绑定,了解其个性化需求及兴趣点,结合GRM活动,传递品牌关怀
• To pass the channel repeat purchase opportunity to the right sales team
• 将将客户复购需求交给合适的销售团队

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a Bachelor Degree or above
• 本科或以上学历
• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in sales/after sales service in luxury, high-end auto, high-end home appliances industries or top European/luxury brand cabinet, with strong ability/mind-set to handle ultra-rich consumers
• 3年以上在奢侈品、高端汽车、高端家电行业或***欧洲/奢侈品牌橱柜行业的销售/售后服务的相关经验，有较强处理超富客群需求的能力
• Excellent communication skills/ interpersonal skills
• 优秀的沟通能力/人际交往能力
• Strong ownership, consumer-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism
• 拥有超强的主人翁意识，以消费者为导向，强自驱力，具有高度的专业精神
• Ability to work under pressure, handle a multitude of projects concurrently while paying close attention to details
• 抗压力强，可同时多条线跟进处理不同项目并密切关注细节
• Have a proven ability to engage & build customer relations and to exceed customer expectations
• 具备参与和建立与客户长期关系的能力，主动出击达成/超越客户的服务预期
• Confident and articulate, hardworking, and passionate
