- Keep contact with colleagues from other departments and international clients of the company regarding orders, requests, specific problems
- Work closely with the logistic team in order to deliver the materials on time
- Organizing internal and international transportation
- Prepare the necessary documentation connected with the transportation – loading instructions
- Prepare the necessary documentation connected with the ordering process – invoices and certificates of origin
- Process the daily orders – receiving, ordering, following
