      根据公司质量管理文件、控制计划，制定协作件检验指导文件及检验管理文件，参与的评审，监控供应商的业绩表现，推动供应商的改进提高，确保供应商管理体系及过程保证能力的不断完善，促进公司经营目标的实现/ Compile inspection documents and inspection management documents for the supplied parts in accordance with company's quality management documents and control plan, participate in audit, monitor supplier's performance, promote their improvement, improve supplier management system and process continuously, promote company's management objectives.

1. 按照产品图纸标准及控制计划编制协作件入口检验指导文件/ Compile the supplied part incoming inspection document as well as the supplied part management regulations.

2. 编制协作件的检验管理规定, 指导、管理协作件管理员的工作, 分析、解决协作件的质量问题，协助供应商制定措施并跟踪整改，可参加供应商评审, 负责协作件的问题确认并实施索赔/ Edit inspection management regulations for the supplied part; Instruct and manage the supplied part technician's job; Analysis and solve the supplied part quality issues.  Assist supplier to work out and follow up the corrective action.   May take part in the supplier audit; Confirm and conduct responsibilities for supplied parts claim.

3. 完善供应商档案并按程序要求保存协作件检验文件及记录, . 每月定期统计供应商状况，评选最差供应商，并将信息反馈供应商管理工程师/Set up and keep the supplier archives. Collect data and analyze supplier quality status monthly.  Select the worst supplier, and give feedback to relational department and the supplier.

4. 实施供应商评级体系, 使用系统维护供应商信息, . 验证供应商改进状态/ Set up and implement the supplier rating system; Maintain supplier information with system; Verify supplier improvement status.

5. 部门经理交办的其它任务/ Other tasks assigned by department manager.

任职条件：

1. 大学本科或以上学历，工程类专业为佳/Bachelor degree or above, Engineering major will be a plus.

2. 3年以上汽车或制造行业工作经验/Over 3  years' experience in automotive or manufacturing fields.

3. 基本的英语听、说、读、写能力/ Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

4. 熟练使用计算机及常用办公软件/ Skillful in OFFICE soft ware;

5. 良好的组织协调及沟通技能/ Effective coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;

6. 了解汽车审核过程方法，包括基于风险的思维；Understand the method of automobile audit process, including risk-based thinking;

7. 了解适用的顾客特定和组织特定要求；Understand the specific requirements of customers

8. 了解ISO 9001 和IATF 16949 中适用的与审核范围有关的要求；Understand the requirements related to the audit scope in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949;
