Responsibilities：

1. Define the next generation micro-architecture, participate in Timing Feasibility studies, Cost and power estimation, Performance projection, Competitive analysis

2. Micro-architecture Definition and specification

3. Participate in RTL Design

4. CPU / Memory subsystem performance analysis, Performance tuning.

5. Lead the development effort and Carry out design work of critical function units

6. Supervision of junior engineers (based on years of experience)

Qualifications：

1. Hands-on experience in CPU architecture/micro-architecture/design

2. Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, who can deliver independently as well as in a team environment

3. Master’s degree or higher preferred

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
