Position: O&M Assistant-Service Desk consultant

Location: Chengdu，Sichuan

Type: Permanent-Full Time/ Internship

  Job Deion & Responsibilities:

  

• Ticket assigning and tracking, meanwhile Liaise Operation Engineer to achieve technical support and customer service on Cloud.

分配与跟进技术工单，配合工程师完成云上的技术支持、客户服务工作。

  

• Responsible for process tracking & monitoring to ensure the achievement of SLA

  负责服务请求的流程跟踪和流程监控，确保服务请求的SLA达成率 

  

• Responsible for monthly summary report of KA (Key Account）,making weekly/monthly reports assigned

负责大客户报告的汇总统计，每周每月完成分配客户数据报表

  

• Assistant in O&M project management and process execution

  协助运维项目管理，推进流程相关工作。

• Assistant in O&M project management and process execution， building connection with client and engineer to ensure communication efficiency and problem resolving efficiency

  主导负责客户的项目跟进，架起运维工程师与客户间的沟通桥梁，保证项目的沟通时效性与问题解决率

• O&M Service-related Conferencing Communication with KA around the Asian-Pacific region at irregular working hours.

  不定期与大客户（亚太区为主）进行运维服务相关的沟通会议。              

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, a major in English, Computer science or associate major

  大学本科及以上学历，英语、计算机等相关专业。

• CET 6 , excellent in writing, reading，listening and verbal communication

  大学英语六级及以上，听说读写能力优秀者。

• Skilled use of PowerPoint，Excel and Office software

  熟练使用PowerPoint，Excel，以及其他Office办公软件。

• Previous customer service experience of IT，preferably within knowing ITIL service system (Outstanding college graduates that willing throw urself into Cloud Computing are also welcome :) )

  具备IT支持服务相关工作经验，了解ITIL服务体系优先（愿意投身云计算行业的优秀应届毕业生亦可）。

• Keen learner, Self-motivated and good team work & good awareness of Service and effective communication

  工作热情，积极主动，善于团队合作，且具备良好的服务意识和沟通能力。
