- 及时将供应商的交付进行接受, 入库, 记录,并对供应商的交付表现进行评定

Accept ion, Inlet and record of the supplier delivery. Access the delivery of the supplier.

- 在符合PSE 的要求下定义和建立仓库布局,按照FAURECIA 的要求建立和管理仓库可视化系统.

Defining and establishing the warehouse layout according to the PSE requirement. Establishing and managing the

visual warehouse system according to the FAURECIA requirement.

- 建立和维护物料和成品的先进先出系统,保证物料的准确性及可靠性。

Establishing and maintenance the first in and first out system of the material and finished product. Insure the accuracy

and security of the material.

- 主导QRCI dominate QRCI

- 管理和指导物料员按照生产节拍保证对生产线的物料供应, 并控制线边库存在最低范围.

Managing and guiding the logistic operator delivering the material to the production line. Controlling the lowest storing

of the production line.

- 检查和指导现场所有物流区域的5S, 确保物流区域整洁及有条不紊

Checking and guiding 5S of all the logistic area. Insure the neatness and orderliness of the logistic area.

- 管理和维护物流包装, 合理利用及时回收和退返供应商的包装.

- Managing and maintenance the logistic packing.

- 控制和优化所有实物及信息的流程, 管理和指导物料盘点,设定库存报警系统, 及时提供更新的库存数据,（包括外部仓

库）

Control and optimize all physical and information flows and external warehouses of the site. Managing and guiding the

material inventory. Establishing storage alarm system. Providing and update the storage data. (Including the exterior

warehouse)

- 参与存货目标的达成，减少废料

Participate to the respect of inventory objectives and to the reduction of obsolete items

- 密切关注生产计划，及时调整成品容器的供应。

Attention the productive plan and adjust the supply of finished goods’ vessel on time

- 安排发货，保证在客户规定的时间内按规定的数量交付, 并保证交付质量;

Arrange consignment, insure the number, quality of the delivery.

- 为客户现场物流的连接窗口，处理向客户交付的所有问题。如时间保证、容器问题等。

The connective window with customer in Physical Flow which deal with the problem of customer delivery. Such as

time guarantee or the problem of vessel.

- 负责现场物流人员的管理,培训及绩效考核

Managing the logistic operator including the training and performance assessment .

- 负责第三方物流同步供货商的管控。

Manage the third physical flow supplier which JIT.

- 负责成品容器的保养维护。

- Take care of the vessel of finished goods or maintain them

任职资格：

3 年以上物流管理经验PC&L experiences 3 years and above

- 丰富的物流各领域工作经验Sufficient knowledge in all areas of PC&L function

- 良好的沟通和问题解决能力Good at in communication skill and problem solving

- 良好的电脑操作技能Computer skills

- 一定的英语技能，包括口语及听力Basic English skills, including oral and listening English

- 符合集团《道德规范》、《管理规范》要求Be aligned with the requirement of Coe and Com.
