Job Summary

主要负责国内增值税对税以及海关专用缴款书税金入账工作。

Job Responsibilities

·   Domestic VAT invoice reconciliation and filling management,Monthly verification, pprepare the VAT report to tax team on time. 核对国内增值税发票入账及存档管理，完成当月发票认证工作，形成报告交给税务组。 

    ·   Duty and VAT posting and clearance. 完成海关专用缴款书税额的入账及清账。 

    ·   VAT related GL account tracking and clearance. 税务相关科目的跟踪及清理。 

    ·   Finish the related report in time with high quality. 完成相关报表并确保其准确性,及时性。 

    ·   Tracking the invoice which issue date over 1 year. 跟踪开票一年以上未处理发票。 

    ·   Help the posting team to check the status of VAT invoice and other task if needed. 协助AP查询发票认证状态及其他工作。 

    ·   VAT team Process analysis and improvement. 协助流程改进及梳理。

    ·   Other task assigned by Team Leader. 上级指派的其他任务。

Qualification Requirements 

·   College degree 专科或以上学历（财务相关专业）

·   At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable至少1年工作经验;优秀的应届生亦可投递

·   Basic Marco soft skills.(Word/Excle/PPT/Email)基本的办公软件技能

·   Good communication skills良好的沟通技能

·   Good wearness of team work   良好的团队合作意识

·   基础的英语交流水平
