Job Responsibilities :

1 Work closely with stakeholders from the operations and other team to understand the project requirement. Implement the process automation based on VBA / RPA etc. Design bots that are stable, adaptive and scalable. 

2 Follow standard the automation solution process and make sure it’s compliant with standard. 

3 Monitor robot schedule and health status. Troubleshoot and debug run-time automation issues. 

4 Adopt agile practices. Keep effective communications and documentation with project stakeholders throughout the project development cycle. 

5 Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of GS mindset.

Job Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above, majors in Computer Science, Software development related etc. are preferred.

2 At least 1 year related industry working experience; Fresh graduate is acceptable 

3 Good communication skills

4 Strong self-learning, SAP experience is plus;

5 Fluent written and spoken skills in English

6 Familiar with VBA Macro or RPA is highly preferred. If not, you should be familiar with at least one of the following programming languages – VB.NET/JAVA/Python, etc.

7 Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage deadlines.

8 Strong attention to details; high work rate and low error count.

9 Enthusiastic, motivated, and proactive approach to work.
