一、行政管理

1、为总监和部门员工提供必要的行政支持

2、协调行程安排，准备行程，必要时与其他联系人联系

3、为总监提供差旅事务的预订，如交通票、酒店预订、租车等。

4、支持新员工入职事务，如电脑/台机/AD帐号、VPN、Fasco帐号/户名/商务卡/分机号申请；G&A和Fasco系统定位；R&E政策文件收集；办公文具和办公隔间的准备

5、开发和整理部门文件，如翻译、整理和归档等

 

二、会议支持

1、组织和安排区域/市场开发团队会议和其他项目会议的后勤工作

2、会议室预订及活动地点搜索

3、会议时间表整理，协助并积极参与开发会议，完成会议纪要

 

三、报告和文件

1、检查总务和行政报告，确保符合公司政策

2、处理办公费用等

职位要求：
1、统招大学专科以上学历
2、具有一定英文读写能力，英语四级优先考虑，
3、形象气质佳，亲和力好，善于沟通；
4、认真细致，具有严谨的工作态度；
5、能熟练运用word,Excel,PPT等办公软件；
