岗位职责：

1、负责售前销售团队的整体管理，过程监督售前服务质量,售前销售的排班安排，确保售前部每天工作有序、顺畅、高效；

2、制定售前流程、服务标准、售前工作计划、日常员工激励和绩效考核管理；

3、处理产品售前的疑难问题，善于发现服务操作流程中的缺陷问题及时优化，提升营销的服务满意度和好评率；

4、独立处理售前、投诉等业务，售前服务成本的控制，重大事故、危机事件的协调处理，包括应对策略制定，及时与相关部门沟通解决问题；

5、部门定期培训提高新老员工的综合素质能力，以及售前问题处理预案的制定；

6、负责通过优质服务维护客户关系，并持续提高客户满意度。

任职要求：

1、全日制大专或以上学历；

2、三年以上售前管理经验；

3、具备较强的数据敏锐度，擅长数据分析；

4、具备较强的团队管理能力，组织协调能力。
